What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
More attorneys should be hired, experienced attorneys at that. This will allow for experienced attorneys to teach the new attorneys so there will not be such a workload.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working here has prepared me for what's to come in my career. This firm offers great benefits, including health and dental care. The environment is very professional and there's room to advance in my career with this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are only 4 attorneys at this law firm. I was eager to learn, being that I am a new graduate, but I felt like there was no one there to really teach me things that I needed to know. Although the environment is professional, more attorneys are needed here to make it really feel whole.
