What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
None, the entire structure of this firm is Manipulative and Based on the Manipulation Of Entertainment threw the Use of Development Technology. It only Took me a second Too, um, how do I put this, Find Earths Problem and More research Required However I have Time and Something you don’t, Science already with Correct Labels on it. No big deal, I’m a Ninja Turtle that Just doesn’t know how too Die or quit, My Opinion on This Law Firm is that of a leach on our very Way of life and Survival, the best part is it’s Not even their fault, So Inforgive them, Negative Perpetual Forward Inertia combined with Greed and an Ambitious Will Towards being successful is Commendable However wrong Capitalization on Human Energy Output between Self Worth and ones actual contrived Worth and end Worth will Cause a Cascade Bang. Congratulations we’re Particular Matter again. Thank the Stars I’m here.

1.0Current Employee, less than 1 yearBewareParalegal in Century City, CARecommendProsIf you live near Century City, CA, it is in a convenient location. Most of the attorneys and staff (with a couple of exceptions) are nice.ConsFirm management treats people like disposable paper plates. They say they respect staff, but that is a lie. There is no direct deposit, and employees do not get paid until 4:30 p.m. If pay day lands on a weekend, employees do not get paid until the Monday after the weekend, not the Friday before. The boss' wife is the COO, who bullies employees and resents it when an employee takes any time off. Employees only get the bare minimum amount of sick time required by California law. Bonuses are minuscule and staff employees do not get raises. Management lies to employees by telling them that they will get raises and have direct deposit and then doesn't follow through on its promises. The firm is a revolving door and only the boss and his wife have been there for over five years. Most employees, including the attorneys, have not even been there 3 years before they move on. The firm does not offer job security. They do not give National Holidays, such as President's Day off and one employee was denied permission to take time off for a religious holiday.Advice to ManagementDon't just talk the talk, walk the walk. Stop being hypocritical and presenting yourself better than you actually are. Don't just say you treat people with respect, actually treat them with respect. Start valuing and appreciating your employees or you will continue to lose good employees.
