What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Out of all the firms I've worked at, this place is the best. I really enjoy bouncing ideas off everyone and working so close to everyone at all times.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel like management tends to want things done at all costs and sometimes tends to not listen to what employees have to say about it.
