What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to stop being biased towards people who are related to the family. While they may be good employees in the long run, others feel they are being treated unfairly and will result in employees leaving in the long run.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm does its best to take care of their employees and ensure satisfaction among one another. Employees butt heads from time to time, but management always ensure matters are dealt with efficiently to ensure employees are happy. They truly care for their employees and want to take the time to make sure they are satisfied with their work environment.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately this firm is quite small, and employment opportunities are few and far between. Many wait several months for an opportunity to open with this firm and others are employed by family and friends. While this is a family run law firm, there is bias towards the employees related to family.
