What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Energy is great but the focus needs to be more on each project only, in order to give a better experience for the clients and the atmosphere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The place really likes to work hard and get things done. The energy we all put to each project is great and I admire everyone there.

What did you not like about this institution?
I think we need to focus on each task more, since we often have a lot of different things going on.
