What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You can learn under some experienced attorneys at this firm, and get a lot of hands-on work in the courtroom and with clients face to face. You will pick up knowledge like a sponge.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm's practice areas are fluid, which means you may be asked to abruptly change practice areas oryou may be asked to take on another practice area.

My advice is to get rid of the culture of cronyism and acknowledge the accomplishments of all workers. If you don't do this, your law firm will continue to have a very high turnover rate.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm offered decent pay for what it's worth. I also loved the location because it was not too far from the ocean.

What did you not like about this institution?
This law firm's culture is built on cronyism. If you don't become friends with the managers, you will not be promoted no matter how hard you work.

There needs to be training of the management staff because the employees and staff are not being treated more fairly. Management should do a better job of recognizing and appreciating the hard work employees and staff perform.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law firm in which the environment offers much work. The space of the law firm is filled with some working staff and employees that have values.

What did you not like about this institution?
The law firm falls short in recognizing the work that staff and employees perform. Management seems to not appreciate its staff and employees.
