1.0Former EmployeeHousecleaning desperately needed.Attorney RecommendProsIt is possible to meet and get to know other genuinely nice people who reject and resist the toxic company culture (if you act quickly before they hit the door).ConsA FEW of the more significant cons are:Military-style company culture that beats employees down and sucks energy, enthusiasm (and air) out of the room; Substantial micromanagement; Excessive and burdensome protocols; Disrespectful (even berating) and unprofessional treatment of employees (all levels) by upper management; Business model and rigid protocols and practices that stifle true talent; Hyper-scrutiny of employees (all levels) due to owners fear (seemingly paranoia) of being taken advantage of; Excessive turnover (all levels).Owners assurance of treating clients with the utmost respect is hollow hyperbole as most client files are passed through multiple attorneys of greatly varying skill levels with attorney actions on the matters neither well documented nor well communicated as the files are repeatedly reassigned.Advice to ManagementTake the drastic steps and make the dramatic changes necessary to eliminate the cons. Change the company culture to one that produces and rewards positive energy, excitement and enthusiasm as well as one that retains, rewards and incentivizes real talent while disincentivizing lazy, apathetic employees who are only there to collect a paycheck.
