The Cochran Firm.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Amazing law firm. Cochran has got to be the best med mal/nursing home neglect firm in the DMV area. All the attorneys at Cochran are great- always working zealously to represent their clients. Nonetheless, the firm's work-balance life also seems unbeatable. Everyone at the office is almost always gone by 5-5:30pm. If only they had more associate positions available, or if only their "associate-hiring formula" made sense .... I could not imagine working at a better firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Work-balance life, the office environment,hardworking attorneys zealously representing their clients, ethics, central location in metro center, experienced personal injury partners.

What did you not like about this institution?
Other than the seemingly hard to come by associate positions, I cannot think of a single negative attribute/characteristic of the firm. Truly a great firm to work for. Could not imagine any firm in the DMV being better at what Cochran does- the legacy of Johnnie Cochran lives.

Mr. Mitchell May be a great medical malpractice attorney but he sure needs a lesson in kindness and compassion

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Can’t think of anything

What did you not like about this institution?
Mr. Mitchell was very inappropriate and unprofessional, cussing me out for not being able to get him on an earlier flight when his out of town deposition ended early. There were no available seats but I guess that was my fault.
