Nothing
John is one of the rudest, Ill prepared, and most arrogant individuals I have ever met . I was involved in a car accident in late 2015 and this was the worst legal experience I have ever had with an attorney. Do not sign anything at any time associated with him or his firm. He seems knowledgeable about the legal process but becomes quickly agitated when questioned about anything associated about the case. He carried an I'm wrong and he's right mentality throughout my ordeal. On a few occasions he told me if I "don't like it then find another attorney". I eventually contacted another Lawyer who told me Mr. Critzos has a bad reputation and he is still owed a portion of any settlement even if I fire him. "That's typical Critzos" as he put it. Your signature carries a lot of weight so do not sign unless you've researched him thoroughly. My husband and I settled for pennies in comparison to the dollar amount from a less injured passenger who retained a different attorney. He routinely referred me to a staff member named Dana who has little to no legal insight. She lied to us on 1 occasion saying John wasn't in, when we watched him enter the office 10 minutes prior from our car. I believe the lower the settlement offer the less concern he has about your case. Clearly those commercials were not paid with minor accident settlement money. Google his name and read other website reviews. This was huge legal learning experience for myself and my husband. Just wanted to share in hopes others can avoid what we went through.
Be more professional.
I interviewed with John Critzos. I do not have a positive review, so I won't speak on it. What was most disturbing is that he had no intention on offering me a job, but called my employer to tell her I had done an interview with him. Why try to get me fired?? You'd think an educated, business owner would handle things with more class and professionalism.
The attorney is pompous, arrogant, and very disrespectful to the entire staff. He does not speak to his employees kindly. If there is an issue he brings it up publically and intentionally attempts to make the employee look stupid. No actual training given upon starting. You are thrown into the position with no information and expected to figure it out entirely on your own. Racist comments were made relatively regularly and political stances were asked about on a few occasions.
Thank you.
