What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This is a great firm, especially for those just starting out. Personally, I'd like to see bigger clients keeping the firm busy, but I could see it being fine where it is.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love the family environment here. The people are so nice and everyone will help you out if you ask. The people here understand the balance of a work and home life.

What did you not like about this institution?
It stays busy here, but not as busy as at a larger firm. That could possibly be a plus to some people, but I would rather have stayed busy working on larger projects.

It's not a sweatshop either - good family environment. Really great client base and really talented lawyers.ConsThe only downside is that they do put every lawyer on a program of accountability at practice group plans, business development, and other non-billable work.
