Management is reluctant to respond to needs of staff and training of paralegals and staff is desperately needed. You will have to learn things yourself, so be ready for that.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This Law firm has a free-market system lets you choose your own path. It also provides flexibility in schedule so that worker can manage their work-life balance. And the law firm has some collegian and brilliant colleagues.

What did you not like about this institution?
Marketing expenses aren't particularly encouraged. The hours can be long and unpredictable. Some clients are extremely demanding.
