What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Not only do the clients and employees make it a great environment, hard work gets noticed and compensated making it a motivating place to work for and push to achieve great results for our clients so they may return in the future. What I enjoy most here the feeling of having a safe and friendly environment, almost like a home away from home.

I loved that management and staff are always accessible for an employee and their needs. Very easy to work with and everyone always has the same goal to work together as a team to help out our clients.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love the culture and the compensation. The compensation is above my expectations! I have never worked for a company that promotes and encourages their employees to grow within their position. There is lots of support to grow in your position such as training. We have lots of hard-working employees that have really grown since their time with Rafi Law Group. There are 7 locations here in the Valley. The management team works with you to ensure you are understanding your role with the firm. They have worked with me with my schedule and been there for me.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff and management are incredible. I do not know of any other place where someone can grow and develop at the rate I have at RLG. I was promoted in less than a year and management made that possible. They take the time to invest in you and build you up. The opportunity for personal and professional growth is limitless! Management's commitment to developing employee skills is refreshing and a testament to the high caliber of professionals at RLG.

I love the professional development, management emphasizes the importance of growth here at RLG. They build strong leaders and take the time to coach you. RLG makes it possible for you to reach the next level in your legal career by offering opportunities to showcase your skills. The growth and retention rate speaks for itself! RLG is unmatched!

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
stop hitting on young girls that work for you! hire people with experience to run the office open door policy

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The only good thing about this firm is the firm pays for my benefits, but I still have to pay for my family to have benefits. easy to get hired cuz they have crazy turnover.

What did you not like about this institution?
everything. someone is always in your face ordering you to do things. no support staff like I had at other law firms so more work than one person can handle. creepy place to work! the attorneys hit on the pretty girls and only take the pretty girls to lunch. they hire people that have no experience. and young pretty girls will always get hired. the owner plays games with people and sits in his office all day with door shut watching surveillance cameras. I always think I will lose my job at any moment. its a very uncomfortable feeling. all the attorneys are baby lawyers that act like they know it all cuz they refuse to listen to case managers with more experience. its scary. really strange environment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If your looking to work for a firm who prides themselves on professionalism, experience and treating their clients and employees with the upmost respect Rafi Law Group is the place to work. I've worked for many large firms but have never been more happy working for RLG. The staff is friendly and the environment is not like many firms. The teamwork is amazing and the employees always go above and beyond and why Rafi Law Group is so successful. The attorneys here are knowledgeable and get the best result for their clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
I've been employed with RLG for 3 years and I truly can't say anything bad about this place. I still enjoy coming to work everyday and that is because the team and environment is so positive and the staff really enjoys helping our clients.

There is no one in the firm you would ever feel you want to avoid. RLG team is highly professional and will treat you like family.

The atmosphere is so uplifting and positive. You can feel the positive energy once you walk in. You are always recognized by upper management and Mr. Rafi himself for obtaining all goals set in the firm and going above and beyond for our clients.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Rafi Law Group is a successful personal injury law firm known for excellent client service. Mr. Rafi has worked relentlessly to build an amazing team which provides legal representation for injured victims. This firm has created opportunities for motivated employees ranging from entry level to Attorney positions. Firm management is extremely structured, and every department has designated leaders. All team leaders are trained by Mr. Rafi and his management team. Protocols are established with clear and consistent expectations to protect our client’s best interest. Monthly goals are set and frequently surpassed due to Rafi Law Group's positive culture. Every department truly collaborates and creates a "team-work" and "get-it-done" atmosphere! Mr. Rafi and his Attorneys are intentional about recognizing Paralegals and support staff based on performance. This firm offers competitive compensation and bonuses. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are seriously impressive. Rafi Law Group offers a 401(K) and a 401(K) match. As someone who has worked in over five law firms, this place has an amazing and unique culture full of kind, compassionate, and caring people. The bonus structure is extremely generous and offers employees the ability to carve out their own destiny. Because the firm is relatively new, there are endless opportunities to grow and be promoted.

More PTO. Benefits overall are pretty good.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
RLG gave me an opportunity to serve as a Receptionist which provided an introduction into the legal field. Within 9 months I received a promotion and earned a Legal Assistant position. It was a great honor to work with Paralegals and Attorneys who took excellent care of injured clients. RLG has unlimited growth opportunities in several departments! I recently got married and moved out of state, thanks to RLG I landed an amazing job at another law firm! I appreciate RLG's professional staff and management who took time to teach me! The training at RLG is excellent beyond measure!
