What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There should be more clerks to help the lawyers out with all the work and research. They could use a good intern program to provide assistance as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Seep & O'Mahony might be a small firm but they do a great deal of business. You will never have to be looking for cases. They are a real family style firm and the benefits are excellent.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part is the amount of work. Since it is a small firm, you might really have to put in a lot of hours if there are a lot of cases, you might really have to put in a lot of hours to keep up.
