Offer better benefits. Raise staff morale. Treat your workers better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have a national reputation. The staff is friendly and decent to work with. There is a good work/life balance. The pay is good.

What did you not like about this institution?
They could offer better benefits. The workload could be heavy and tedious at times. Staff morale is low.

The attorneys who work here are truly top notch and have a depth of experience that I haven't encountered in my prior firm.

Work-life balance can be poor at certain times. Sometimes management drags their feet when it comes to making decisions.
