Once we arrived at immigration office, we called Mr. Paz Gomez that as a requirement.
Driver needs to check in with security, wait and file items.
Once completed we texted and email proof of delivery.
He is requesting we return actual documentation as proof of delivery.
A proof of delivery by USPS, UPS and or Fed Ex provide proof via email. They do not have driver come back with signature.

He puts a bad review for our great service within the hour.
