What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Organizing more meetings and events that can help associates brainstorm with other departments would be something I think that can help with the efficiency of the work place.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really like the people I work with here. Everyoneis willing to offer assistance. A lot of the attorneys are knowledgeable in different areas of law. The pay and benefits are also great.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only issue I have is that there is a lack of communication between different departments. This can be a little frustrating when trying to deal with some cases that need the relay of information.
