What did you not like about this institution?
There are a lot of unprofessional acts committed by the staff here. I've witnessed attorneys turn down clients because they don't see too big of a profit coming out of the case. They don't really even want to listen to the client unless it has something to do with the attorney making money.

Keep growing and expanding while respecting the traditional way of doing business. Find a balance between growth and serving the clients that have put you on top.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It has strong relationships and expertise in entertainment and business law areas. It is a firm that is aggressively expanding and opening new offices and divisions. You will not lack for work here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is in transition from being a regional firm to a national firm. The internal power struggles between the old regime and new leadership can be very distracting.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
management needs to do a better job at who they consider for employment. This way employees won't have to spend too much time taking care of new workers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at this firm for several years and really enjoyed my experience. I got along with everyone pretty well and management dealt with unruly employees pretty quickly. They praised people for good work when it was due which I always appreciated.

What did you not like about this institution?
The place felt like a bit of a revolving door at times. Management almost seemed to hire anyone at times and most people coming in didn't have any experience. It made it difficult to train these people who had no experience working in a firm.
