What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I wish there was a way to keep drama to a minimum. But with all that being said, it is still a great firm that I truly love working at.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The nice thing about working at a small firm is that everyone gets a chance to bond. Cases are treated as group projects and everyone at the firm gets in on the action. It's a great feeling.

What did you not like about this institution?
The not so nice thing about working at a small firm is that everyone knows everything about their coworkers. Drama and nitpicking can spread quickly throughout the entire office.
