Allow attorneys more leeway to find solutions themselves. Sometimes the firm's way isn't the only way, or the quickest or easiest way to handle a case.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a challenging and different type of law to be practicing. The team is somewhat small and we all work with each other on nearly a daily basis. It's interesting to be able to deal with cases that many lawyers don't get to handle.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work we encounter is rarely easy, and since technology is fairly new, it is hard to find resources on many cases that we have to deal with. Nothing is easy, but we learn a lot through our work. Clients can sometimes be overly demanding.
