If the superiors can implement better incentives and bonuses for some of the projects and cases the attorneys work on, it might help prevent some associates from seeking opportunities elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people I work with at the firm are really professional when it comes to how we deal with the clients and the work we do. The work environment is also very relaxed despite some of the cases we deal with.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits could be a little better considering I've talked to other firms around the area that seem to have more competitive salaries for their associates.
