What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Not much here other than add some incentives such as bonuses or milestones to reach and that the employees/contractors get rewarded for their hard work and effort.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
As I stated in the title, the work environment is great or even fantastic. We have some freedom and can be creative. The pay is more than fair, with added benefits and the offices work very well together. People are willing to assist you if you need something.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management at times cracks down and it's very strict for a while until they come around and change their minds. It's a little odd but usually due to bad performances of one or more individuals.
