What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that if management were to hold more meetings between different departments, it could help to create ideas on how to run the work place more efficiently during cases and projects.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The attorneys I work with here all take our jobs seriously due to some of the types of issues and cases we deal with. I really think it's motivating for me to have such a positive culture to work with. The pay and benefits are great, and the resources are also good.

What did you not like about this institution?
There does need to be a bit more communication between a few of the departments. Sometimes there is an issue with how certain information is relayed.
