Management needs to find a better reward system for long-term employees. People enjoy working together but it doesn't mean anything if they're not being properly compensated for their time and efforts.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm shows that it has a good environment to work in. Employees have a good work ethic and a strong determination to improve. Team projects are done well together and employees seem to enjoy working at this firm for several years.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately management seems to be the worst of this firm. Employees complain of long hours and a lack of authority in certain areas. Many argue that management should be doing more for employees who work hard and have put the time in.
