What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should be more lenient with workers. We will work hard regardless if we are emailed or not. More opportunities to rise in station would also be great.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is a great place to work for, and the location is close to my home. The pay is great and above what I expected. Benefits are somewhat lacking. There are some big cases to work on from time to time.

What did you not like about this institution?
I work longer hours for the firm than I would like. There are regular emails about dress code and prohibiting food or drink at our desks. Management really pushes us to work hard.
