this firm has changed his firm name to Rahul Chaudhry and partners. The managing partner of this firm is a worst ever human i have ever seen. This guy keep spending money on Bentley but when it comes to giving money to employees this guy checks the debiting of each individual. The best in this firm is the senior Partner- Ramesh Dhawan. He is the only one is maintaining the culture of this firm, Otherwise rahul chaudhry is a self centered person and keep on accruing the money. Rahul Chaudhry dont know even anything about patents and designs and never fought any litigation case. He is a biggest asshole

All the firm partners are tail waggers . In India it is very difficult to get a job for partners so each partner is saving their job by just tail wagging. Patents Department is slightly good because of only Ramesh C. Dhawan.

Even during the pandemic, when the entire legal fraternity was constrained and others were cutting back on salaries and increments, the firm looked to the welfare of all its personnel across the board. The firm has not held back from providing flexibility to its employees and lawyers through seamless transition and supportive work from home/hybrid policy. My association with the firm started as a Junior Associate. The firm offered me exceptional exposure, which helped me grow from an inexperienced lawyer into a specialised IP attorney.

From my own experience, the firm is very appreciative and supportive of young lawyers to the extent that the firm lets you brief/interact with clients/senior advocates on a one on one basis.
As regards the firm atmosphere, I gained an experience of excellent 05 years with the firm, including my colleagues at work.

I worked in Rahul Chaudhry & Partners. The firm is one of the biggest names in Intellectual Property Rights, and working on a wide variety of matters for some of the biggest Companies was a great learning experience. It provides a remarkable mentorship program wherein the associates get the opportunity to work directly with the Partners. It helps in the progression of a professional in terms of assignments, skill development and overall professional development. This place encourages the attorneys to take responsibility and is quick in assigning roles to the hard-working & talented lot.

They do not hold any internal get togethers and are strict with timing.

This firm gives decent work/life balance and does not expect it's people to work on holidays or weekends (closed on Saturday and Sunday).
