What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It would be a good idea to keep an eye on people that are having issues and offer them to take a breather with doing less stressful work around the firm, if they are.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
While working here I am finally able to make the great changes in peoples
What did you not like about this institution?
It is extremely stressful for a lot of people to have this much responsibility and it weighs heavily on all of us.
