What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If the firm cannot improve salaries, they can at least offer better bonuses and incentives. At least this will help with efficiency when dealing with some cases.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I like the areas of law we deal with at the firm. The attorneys here are willing to help each other out, which makes the atmosphere really positive. The partners are also really communicative with the subordinates.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits could be a lot more competitive with some of the other firms in the area. It isn't too major of an issue but just a flaw with an otherwise great place.
