What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Hire more staff to help with the massive amounts of work load given, which would hopefully get rid of the stress on the job and help with the excessive hours everyone is putting in.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you are looking to get some experience this is a great place to get that. The work is in all types of litigation, so it's a great place to get your feet wet at.
What did you not like about this institution?
The stress level is off the charts due to the work load everyone has. It's hard to really enjoy your job when you are working under that kind of pressure.
