Communicate more with the associates. Consider having regular meetings or mentoring. Give associates a chance and we absolutely can shine. Casual Fridays would also be nice.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The billable hours requirement is reasonable for a firm this size. The benefits offered are excellent. There is also plenty of room for you to advance here.

What did you not like about this institution?
At times there is a lack of communication from the partners. It is hard to get in to see them so you end up talking to their assistants. More client contact would also be nice.
