What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to lighten the work load a bit if employees are feeling burnt out. Otherwise they will eventually leave.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I began working here straight out of college and they didn't expect too much from me. They train you well and don't mind if you ask a bunch of questions. Employees are also really helpful and understanding as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours were brutal at this firm. You work over 50 hours every week and I never had time to see family and friends. I became exhausted from this position and had to work a job that didn't drain me as much.
