Some of the staff needs to be replaced or retrained. The parking situation needs to improve. The bonuses should be given out more frequently or made larger.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Big firm with a lot of big firm perks such as good pay and decent benefits like paid vacation time. Pretty nice offices with modern furnishings in a trendy location.

What did you not like about this institution?
Tough place to get ahead. There are lots of eager employees providing lots of competition. Can be stressful trying to keep up, let alone get ahead.
