What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to be more present for their staff. If they cannot keep up with the firm then this firm needs to consider changing management.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm teaches you a lot and they don't micromanage you, which I liked. They're very open to questions and don't make you feel stupid if you have one. They have casual Fridays, which I love, and staff parties pretty frequently.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management is a little hit or miss. Some days they are present and others it's like they're not existent. They never tell you where they are and sometimes don't answer their phones. It's incredibly frustrating at times.
