Quicker upward pace in advancing oneself is needed. Pushing forward as far as management needs to happen more often.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A great place to work, love most of the people here. Great to work with and great energy all around. Team focused and cross training is there.

What did you not like about this institution?
Difficult to move beyond what I was brought in for. It took much more time then I thought it should have. The path forward isn't quick.
