What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Continue to focus on hiring the best and empower them to reach their best. Continue to break down the artificial barriers that have been built and are maintained "because that's how it's been done." The firm has done a wonderful job of energizing members and opening doors to great new opportunities - now it is time to capitalize on those efforts!
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Rhoades McKee provides all of the benefits of a big-firm practice without big-firm prices. Its lawyers are top-notch and provide outstanding service, never losing sight of the clients' best interests.
What did you not like about this institution?
Not enough people know about the firm. Those who do think very highly of it, but the firm needs to do a better job of selling itself to the community at large.

Increase the pay. Work on training management and making the environment less stressful.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Teamwork is important. The environment is professional. It has an entrepreneurial spirit. The people are friendly.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are some problems with management. The workload can be heavy and stressful at times. The pay could be better.

Tell them your needs so you don't feel overworked and burn out. They will accommodate you as best as they can.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was only going to be here for 2 years until I moved, but this was an awesome place to get my feet wet and start learning the ropes.
What did you not like about this institution?
The scheduling can be rough to deal with at times, but they will work with you if you communicate.
