As a wise man once said: communication is key. The firm will run much more efficiently if the partners communicate with the rest of the staff in a more reliable manner.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm does a great job providing training for new associates and a clear path to promotion for those who want it. Upward mobility is very good here.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are some communication issues, especially when it comes to the partners. Major decisions are often taken and then not communicated to the rest of the staff.
