What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see this firm raise its bar in terms of raising the minimum requirements to get hired at this firm. I would then like to see management implement daily meetings to keep everyone on the same page.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It is very easy to land a position at this firm whether you are an attorney or some other staff member. The work environment is very casual and most members at this firm are very friendly.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is very easy to get your foot in the door and that being the case, a lot of the staff members tend to be unprofessional in their daily dealings and there are a lot of cases that get sidelined for quite some time.
