The firm's reputation might not stay so good forever if you aren't willing to solve your problems. Mostly, that means spending more money to increase your staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of the better law firms in the city with a pretty good reputation. Decent pay and benefits and a 401k. Pleasant working environment and offices.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm is fixated on the bottom line. The firm is understaffed in support positions leaving lawyers with too little assistance. Problems are ignored if they cost money to solve.
