You either need to hire more people or pay the people you already have better for all the work they are doing now.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a very young firm and as such, they are extremely open to suggestions on how to run the office.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay could be better with all the hours and extra duties you have to do on a daily basis.
