Try and hire more individuals which would allow for more people to do what needs to be done, that would make the business even better overall.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working at this firm is a joy and I really enjoy my time here. I learn a lot and have grown in myself and in my career from being here.

What did you not like about this institution?
At times it can be really busy and that can make things stressful if you have a busy personal life outside of work. That is something to look out for.
