What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs a complete overhaul. Most of the staff needs to be cleared out and replaced with more pleasant people. All employee salaries need to be raised substantially.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You'll learn a lot about how law offices are run, for better or worse. It's a decent firm to work if you just want to pad your resume or get your foot in the door somewhere.

What did you not like about this institution?
Let's see, the pay is low comparatively, the management and partners are not good people or lawyers, and nobody here is happy so coming into work everyday is an unpleasant experience.
