Let your workers be more creative and give them more freedom to let themselves shine and show their uniqueness and who knows what might come out of it. At the very least your employees should be happier.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Anspach Meeks Ellenberger L.L.P. are a pleasure to work for. They are respected by most of their employees and they get respect in return from the big bosses. This is a great feeling and goes both ways.

What did you not like about this institution?
Well, there's not much room to be innovative or creative sadly. I always pride myself on thinking abstractly when it suits the situation but you can't really do that here.
