Most people here really do feel quite happy, but the highest-performers sometimes feel like they are not working up to their potential. Help these kinds of employees find themselves another niche within this firm, or you might find yourself replacing them in due time; definitely more positive than negative decisions being made by management.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
People at all levels of the firm are really awesome to work with. Everyone seems to feel listened to and understood. There's a real family feel here, despite the firm being of moderate size - you feel like you'd be comfortable asking for a personal favor or about a difficult question.

What did you not like about this institution?
It sometimes feels as if there are limited opportunities for growth and progression. Some people I know moved on despite having positive experiences just because they knew they could get more money elsewhere. They'd rather go some place less personal just to be able to get ahead faster. You have to use too much of your time and initiative to find these opportunities here.
