Implement a comprehensive training process for all new hires. Make evaluations and promotions a more open and clear process so we know the hows and whys.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This isn't a high stress firm. People are generally laid back and the expectations for billable hours are reasonable. You can actually have a life outside of the office. The work is interesting and the support staff is there when you need them.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a lack of training so you are flying by the seat of your pants at first. While the location avoids the city traffic it makes commuting from there very time consuming.
