What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Add some extra support staff on complex cases so that the lawyers aren't tied down with so much research and repetitive tasks.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You can really learn a great deal about trademark law and copyright law with them. They do incredible work protecting people's rights and really their livelihoods.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours are long and the work can be very tedious at times. Trademarks are very tough to work with and it's very labor heavy.
