What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The only thing I can say is to let people during the interview process know what the work that they are applying for is like.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work here extremely easy and even easier to learn what to do for most people as long as you are willing.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work itself just gives off this creepy feeling that I can't seem to get over I don't know how to deal with it either.

Listen to the client and do what your going to say you will do

What did you not like about this institution?
"Ineffective Consul" Law firm does the bate and switch. Has you meet with someone that shows they know the law and has a trustable personality. Once you pay them the entire bill upfront, they assign you someone that does not perform well, lacks care, doesn't listen, only set on how they see it and it's there way or the highway. then losses to someone that had no consul, that made up the entire thing. After losing asks if I want to retain them to go back to court. Lawyer brought up several times about giving me quotes for other services to try and get more money. Felt like their performance was a cash grab and run.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Erin Turner - doesn't listen, doesn't admit fault to anything. Will not hold her team accountable
