What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A better pay and/or benefits might help to make the firm an even better place to work at. I think it'll also help some lawyers stay at the firm rather than looking for different places for employment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found the work place to be inviting. I was able to thrive at the firm because the people I worked with were willing to offer their time to help me. I suppose the investment in helping new associates such as myself helped in making for a better work place which resulted in better efficiency. Along with the care that the firm took with their fellow lawyers, they also exhibited great care when handling clients and cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits could have been better at the firm. I thought this was the only flaw when I worked at the firm.
