At this firm you will find out what kind of lawyer you really are. You will work very long hours, but you will gain valuable experience that can only help you later on in your career. There are also important contacts to make here.

What did you not like about this institution?
You will not have a social life at this firm. The firm is expected to be your life, and you must recognize this and put in the required hours.

5.0 ★★★★★ Current Employee, less than 1 year Great place to work Anonymous Employee in Phoenix, AZ Recommend CEO Approval Business Outlook Pros Professional and friendly employees that care about their clients, work ethics and each other. They are competitive with salary and very easy to work for. Cons Haven't found many. Job training (other than IT) is somewhat lacking, but the department employees are extremely helpful. Just need more of a starting point for new employees. Also benefits for all levels of employees could use updating because they are not competitive with others in industry.
