A faster paced upward momentum in advancing oneself is needed. Great environment, but pushing forward, as far as management, needs to happen.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A great place to work; enjoy most of the people here. Pleasure to work with, and great energy all around. Team focused and cross training is top notch.

What did you not like about this institution?
It was hard to move beyond what I was brought in for. It took much more time then I thought is should have. The path forward isn't quick.
