What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the biggest advice I can give management has to be to just calm down and relax before exploding on all your staff, in my opinion it's childish and immature on how you overreact based entirely on emotion.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pay is more than fair and the health and dental benefits are also pretty good. Co-workers are fairly pleasant as well and will help me when I'm behind or just simply don't know what something is exactly.

What did you not like about this institution?
The location of the firm is not very great it's kind of inconvenient and out of the way. The management has mood swings that can bring the mood in the entire workplace down which makes for a stressful couple days.
