The firm needs to take a look at the current salaries and adjust them according to industry standards and give raises as needed.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers a great range of jobs so that there is always something new to be done. With the variety in work it makes working here enjoyable. The atmosphere is pleasant.

What did you not like about this institution?
The salaries could pay more as it is slightly less than most people expect. The salaries are on the lower end of what other firms are offering.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to consider making their hours moremanageable for employees. Employees can't live off of short weeks and won't be able to have a good home life if they're working long weeks.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I enjoyed my time working this firm and the years I put in. Management does a great job of training employees and the interview process was quick and easy. I also got to meet the HR rep when I first started to assure they would be there if I had any issues.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours for this firm are incredibly inconsistent. It would be nice if the hours were more consistent each week rather than working long weeks followed by short weeks. I would rather work 40 hours each week then have it be inconsistent.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to consider having a designated parking area or renting out parking spaces in a garage. Employees shouldn't have to search for parking consistently and if the law firm offered better law firm, people would be more willing to visit and work here.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has treated me very well since I've worked here. Staff is friendly and approachable and management does a great job or leading others but knowing when to be firm. They value the employees who work hard and get rid of the ones who don't. I greatly respect this.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only problem with this firm is the location. They are located right downtown and parking can be a bit of a nightmare at times. Some days I have to drive around the block 3 times looking for a parking space. It wastes so much time.
